My family and I moved to the Willamette Valley in 2014 from Central Oregon. My husband, Zach, who accepted a public school teaching job and our son, Jeremy, who attended Oregon State University, brought us to this beautiful valley. Prior to diving into a career in Real Estate I was an Escrow Officer for 10 years, both in Central Oregon, and in Lebanon Oregon when moving over the hill. Having the knowledge and experience I have in title and escrow, I am well equipped to guide each client through the closing process, all the way through signing.
I have always enjoyed helping others during the home buying and selling process, from the title/escrow side, and felt that it was the right time for me to expand my horizons and learn more on how best to assist clients in the journey of finding that perfect home or property. Finding the one-of-a-kind property to fit a one-of-a-kind client is my goal and I will work relentlessly until it is achieved.
I am very excited that my new role gives me the opportunity to become more involved in my community. I am looking forward to attending neighbor meetings and community events. Meeting new people and sharing ideas. I have recently joined the local humane society fundraising committee and look forward to the work and fun to come. I am passionate about all animals. They simply make our world a better place to live. Giving back to them just makes sense to me.
Thank you for taking the time to read about me. Please feel free to reach out to me so I can learn more about you and your needs. I look forward to it!
My career path towards real estate was most impacted by my experiences growing up in a family of entrepreneurs and contractors. Helping my parents with their businesses from a young age taught me the basics of running a business, the necessity of integrity and most importantly, it taught me the value of hard work. I had my first taste of customer service as a host at a steakhouse. I discovered that I have a natural talent for working with and relating to people and continued to waitress throughout high school and college, eventually moving into bartending. My experiences thus far have revealed that I LOVE helping others and would be happiest in a profession that allows me to connect with new people every day and leave a positive mark on their life.
I believe that you are always one decision away from a totally different life. That turning point for me came when I made what I now know to be one of the best investments of my life. I bought my first home at the young age of 19. Although my home was quite the fixer upper, it was MINE, and that was an exhilarating feeling. The experience was wonderful, primarily because I worked with a phenomenal Realtor who helped me navigate the ins and outs of the real estate market. It impressed upon me the important role that Realtors have in the lives of their clients, and sparked my desire to be that helping hand to the people around me. The combination of that feeling, my love for helping others, my experience in home remodeling, and my degree in business carved the path for me to become a Realtor.
After my family planted their roots and raised me in the small farming town of Jefferson, my love for Oregon and the Willamette Valley continues to grow every day. Knowing that I wanted the Valley to be my home, I chose to attend Oregon State University because of the small-town feel that Corvallis and the surrounding areas offer. In my down time, I love to take advantage of the endless activities our beautiful state offers, whether it be hiking, hunting, fishing, or a short drive to the lake, beach, or mountains.
As a Real Estate professional I believe that by connecting with my clients, utilizing my skills and market knowledge and having their best interest at heart, I can serve them in a way that leaves a lasting impression and helps them to achieve their dreams. I take pride in my ability to make others feel at ease with my approachable attitude and steadfast commitment to meeting their needs. I can’t wait to meet with you and learn how I can help you improve your future.
I moved to the Willamette Valley in 2014 to attend Oregon State University in pursuit of a degree in speech communication. I chose this degree because I have always been a very open, honest, and social person. Upon receiving my degree, I chose real estate because I knew I would enjoy a career which allowed me to use my knowledge and passion for communication daily. I am privileged and truly thankful for the opportunity to guide people through a very exciting and rewarding time in their life.
